Norton Safe Web

Post by nixiewot » Fri Feb 10, 2012 10:31 am

I signed up last night for a (S)Norton account, but this morning they said that Safe Web (the service I was about to use) was undergoing maintainance. >:( Are they going to be shut all this February Bank Holiday or is it going to be permanent, you think? If it's permanent, I'll delete my account.

Code: Select all

http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=mywot.com
looks "up" to me, however I do not have a user account, so maybe the user section is undergoing maintenance (spammer cleaning ?)

EDIT 18:18 - I wasn't a spammer, as far as I know.

EDIT 18:25 - Safe Web is back up again!

G7w was not saying you were, he just remarked that they may be cleaning out spammer accounts there.

Problem solved and you can get back on :D

Don't you mean rogue? Rouge is foundation (makeup) applied to womens faces. ;)

Yes, I meant rogue. <blush/>

Trying to support this international forum, I have loaded my browser with too many spelling checkers. I am trying to simultaneously use regular English ("the Queen's English"), popular English (Amerikanisch sprechen), Australian English (reverse vortex), Parisians' English (French) and smartphone English (all thumbs). The plugins' conflict is particularly noticeable whilst spelling chequer.
