Clicksor

Post by ░▒▓█ » Wed Aug 11, 2010 9:11 pm

I often find Clicksor ads are responsible for malware infestations, and after doing some research I would recommend that WOT rates them very deep red for the good of the internet community.

Clicksor already had a bad reputation, http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/clicksor.com

Here are some recent articles involving Clicksor and their involvement in click fraud and malware distribution,

http://www.who-is-who-in-gpt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=188&t=11120&start=10

Just Google Clicksor and Malware or Virus or Trojan and you will see thousands of hits.

Clicksor say that malware ads are prohibited, but if you contact them they remove just the one ad, they do not terminate their relationship with the person running the ads, which is why people like Marcel Heler use them, http://www.mywot.com/en/forum/7054-marcel-heler-95-211-30-36

Clicksor is based in Canada, part of Yesup Inc. Or perhap Yesup Inc is part of Clicksor Inc. I think they like to keep things vague. Sometimes they trade under different names.

On neighboring IPs we see many related sites, plus some others who may be innocent customers. I have listed only those that can be lined back to "Zhen Zeng" of Clicksor.
