An Update from WOT...

Post by WOT Help » Tue Aug 21, 2018 2:11 pm

Dear WOT community,

We wanted to let you know that we’ve been very focused on improving WOT over the last few months and are pleased to let you know that we have some updates!

Website Redesign

Our design team has been developing a new website design which we’re hopeful will give you a better user experience and make the product even easier to use.

Performance and Stability Improvements

The WOT developers have been working on performance and stability improvements to make your experience much smoother and more enjoyable.

Bug Fixes

We have taken all your feedback regarding WOT into account and are in the final stages of fixing various bugs that have been reported to us in order to make general improvements and resolve the issues that you were previously experiencing.

We look forward to releasing these improvements in the coming weeks so make sure you stay tuned for the launch date.

The WOT Team

Sadly there isn't a 'community' anymore. Technical support (& other issues you've not addressed adequately) has been so abysmal over the last couple of years that there are only 4 regularly active forum members left.
As well as the endless bugs, very few if any members are able to contact staff, and there has been no interaction on the forum as you promised there would be last year.

The main things that would improve Wot are fixing bugs and improving communication - you keep promising improvements, but so far you have failed to deliver one single improvement, and seem more concerned about site aesthetics than functionality.

The last comment has not received any response over the past 3 months.

The lack of response is a clear indication that the claim that this service is at the end of its life, and no further maintenance is taking place is a true assessment of the situation.

Yes Mark, I agree.

Since the big make over, the site has been dumbed down and is not as easy to perform ratings, in addition to some highly questionable site ratings.
I think WOT has seen its time come and go.
