Thank you Madame:)

Mozilla fixed about 1000 bugs
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/5.0beta/releasenotes/buglist.html
and a critical flaw in WebGL

Code: Select all

http://www.contextis.com/resources/blog/webgl2/
(note: Internet Explorer do not support WebGL, according to Microsoft security experts it is dangerous
http://blogs.technet.com/b/srd/archive/2011/06/16/webgl-considered-harmful.aspx )
as for the rest the differences are minimal: a very few changes.
2 add ons not working here, nothing important though

That s really good but if you don't mind would you like to spell sth more about safe than FF 4
I actually want to know how do you measure that it has better security that ff4.
I don't think so bcoz mostly initial state of a package can contains a lots of bugs and security loopholes so it can't be safe in any measures.

Unfortunately it was IDM (internet download manager) browser integration that's dead.
Bumping max version didn't help. Fortunately I can still use the drop basket.

Edit: Issue fixed by IDM update.

McAfee Siteadvisor 3.3.1 not compatible?!
Hopefully McAfee will address this issue soon.
I was planning to reinstall siteadvisor for Firefox (and IE) after a long time.

Coming back to Firefox I think that Mozilla is going awry.
As far as I could see, too many people are no longer happy with Firefox
