I recalled years ago arguing with a representative of American online and he was telling me how powerful they were, well that was years ago and no, they were not as powerful as they believed to be and the same thing could happen to Comcast
There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else
