More info (scroll down): hxxps://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1314332
I've read that and the other info on Mozilla.

For me it's unbelievable that only a few people can decide that.
And that those few ayatollahs have the - uncontrolled -power to block an addon that's used by milions op people.
Mwoah.....I gues it's the disadvantage of an open source browser. - :)

@ all : Of course I was also blocked on both my - synchronised - computers.
I went to the addon list of Firefox and switch them on again.
~ That's easier than making Google Chrome the favourite browser ~

BTW : Had to do that again when a new FF update was installed.

Welcome back to the WOT users' community forums. I'm sure that may users were shocked by Firefox's cautions which you quoted in your original post. You may wish to edit that first comment to make clear those sentences originated from Firefox and were not your words.

I hope that the links to other WOT forum discussions already posted in this discussion will help you understand the situation.

Unfortunately no reaction from this MiahX.
Seems to read this forum only every now and then.

My question is that if she ( or he ? ) is NOT working for Mozilla ( Firefox ) , why did she ( or he ) made the O.P. ?
Is she ( or he ) representing someone or some organisation ?
IOW what is her ( or his ) authorisation to give such a declaration about a Firefox measure in the O.P. ?

Hey genius, I didn't write anything in the OP or therefore make any 'declaration' about anything, I copy/pasted it from the link I gave that was edited by the admins. Change the hxxps to https and you can read it yourself.

Points worthy of discussion have been raised. Impugning the original poster's motivations turns out not to be among them, so I must call for a halt to that.

I did read that link.
"Not fallen on the back of my head", as we tend to say in Dutch.
Greetings from the genius..... :)
~sigh~ what a compliment, my wife never says that to me

I don't think that it's a conspiracy (like someone guessed above). If WOT sold our data then they should come forward and apologize.
I enabled WOT again but Firefox told me to remove that so I disabled it again for eternity.
