My computer updates kept buggin me about installing windows 8.1, until finally today it forced itself to install on my computer. I've heard that Windows 8.1 is buggy, makes applications and games crash. But I haven't heard any good updates about it yet.
So, is Windows 8.1 still as buggy as ever or did they fix it? Also if it is buggy how do I uninstall? I tried google, but none of their tips helped.
Windows 8.1 Questions
RE: Windows 8.1 Questions
For perspective: Is your Windows 8.1 buggy? If it is not, then it does not matter what people say about it.
Imagine that someone hears it is buggy and tries to uninstall it, and then he has a mess and blames Windows 8.1.

Windows 8.1 - not a catastrophically buggy, just usual system
I use Windows 8 and 8.1, and I would not say its highly buggy, its just something other than usual classic Windows which we accustomed to use for years, nothing else. This new Windows as always has troubles, bugs - all exactly the same as in previous systems from MS. If you use Windows - be ready to encounter Windows bugs, it was, it is, and it will be.

RE: Windows 8.1 Questions
8.1 is actually a lot more stable than 8.0, always has been (still not a fan of it, but that's another story).

Windows 8.1 can be uninstalled exactly the same way as any other Windows: erase/format your HDD, then install another OS.

But thats because my brother stupidly installed spigot (from cnet) along with a bunch of ad ware

RE: Windows 8.1 Questions
No, I view windows 8,1 as a stable windows. Install a trustworthy antivirus and the right drivers for your pc, keep updating your system and be careful of malwares coming from sites, USBs, installed applications..etc.
