Block AdBlock

Post by zirukurt01 » Wed Aug 15, 2018 8:27 am

Block AdBlock is made to block users from using Adblockers and force them to disable the said extension. The only problem is, many people discussed that this is also like Cloudflare.
Cloudflare is used by Scammers & Pirates while Block AdBlock is used by Malvertisement producers.

The site owner for blockadblock.com had previously filed an evaluation request with the WOT community:

As one can possibly see it didn't go over too well.

BlockAdblock isn't the only service available.

There is also Admiral - https://www.mywot.com/scorecard/getadmiral.com
This company has a business relationship with Cloudflare that allows the 6+ million site owners who hide their sites behind Cloudflare to deploy this solution in just a few clicks.

In addition, Admiral even filed a DMCA request against a popular adblocking blacklist in order to whitelist one of their domains functionalclam.com claiming that preventing the domain from loading was an illegal circumvention tool.
