IMO all these sites that are selling / generating Social Media Likes, Followers & Views should be rated red for ethical issues ie deceiving the public. Please review these sites & rate accordingly.

Facebook - https://facebook.com/notes/facebook-security/improvements-to-our-site-integrity-systems/10151005934870766
A Like that doesn't come from someone truly interested in connecting with a Page benefits no one. Real identity, for both users and brands on Facebook, is important to not only Facebook’s mission of helping the world share, but also the need for people and customers to authentically connect to the Pages they care about. When a Page and fan connect on Facebook, we want to ensure that connection involves a real person interested in hearing from a specific Page and engaging with that brand’s content. As such, we have recently increased our automated efforts to remove Likes on Pages that may have been gained by means that violate our Terms.

On average, less than 1% of Likes on any given Page will be removed, providing they and their affiliates have been abiding by our terms. These newly improved automated efforts will remove those Likes gained by malware, compromised accounts, deceived users, or purchased bulk Likes. While we have always had dedicated protections against each of these threats on Facebook, these improved systems have been specifically configured to identify and take action against suspicious Likes.

To be clear, we do not and have never permitted the purchase or sale of Facebook Likes as we only want people connecting to the Pages and brands with whom they have chosen to connect. Beyond the need to maintain authentic relationships on Facebook, these third-party vendors often attempt to use malware or other forms of deception to generate fraudulent Likes, which is harmful to all users and the internet as a whole.

These improvements to our site integrity systems benefit both users and brands alike. Users will continue to connect to the Pages and Profiles they authentically want to subscribe to, and Pages will have a more accurate measurement of fan count and demographics. This improvement will allow Pages to produce ever more relevant and interesting content, and brands will see an increase in the true engagement around their content.

To help protect yourself in the future, please be aware of suspicious links and visit https://facebook.com/hacked if you have any reason to believe that your account may be compromised. We also highly recommend that Page owners vet any business that offers marketing services to build your Facebook presence, to make sure that these companies are using only legitimate practices, which do not violate the Facebook Terms.
Facebook was built on the principle of real identity and we want this same authenticity to extend to Pages. We undoubtedly expect that this will be a positive change for anyone using Facebook, and we look forward to helping even more people share and connect with the friends and brands they care about.
YouTube- http://youtubecreator.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/views-and-3rd-party-services.html
Viewcounts are incredibly important to us here at YouTube. They serve as a way to recognize and surface great content, and are one of the most scrutinized measures of popularity on YouTube. Careers have been made because of viewcounts - whether you’re simply making a music video with friends or on the way back from the dentist, views matter.

Since views are so important, it’s no surprise that there are companies whose entire business model is built on converting your cash into views. We understand that promotion can be a highly effective way to grow your audience, and we encourage you to promote your content on and off of YouTube. However, we want to be clear that paying for views obtained through some of these companies could very well be a violation of our terms, and one that we take very seriously.

So what do we mean exactly? Let’s get specific.

What is a view?
We consider a view to be an action users want to do. Generally, this means that they initiate the view; for example, they click on something they want to watch or decide not to skip something, and they watch it. Pretty straightforward, right?

A view should be a metric that reflects genuine user interest. In other words, a viewer has a choice, and that choice determines whether or not we count something as a view. It shouldn’t be a gauge of how many people accidentally or unintentionally ended up watching your video.

What isn’t OK?
Services that attempt to gain views through automated means or that force or trick viewers into watching videos are not ok. This could be through a variety of means, including, among other things, deceptive layouts on third party websites that trick viewers into playing a video when they click unrelated elements on the page. It might also be serving up embedded videos instead of intended content, serving pop-unders, re-directing and/or a variety of other methods people use to try to inflate viewership.

At the end of the day, anything that artificially increases the number of views, either through the use of automatic systems or by serving up videos to unsuspecting viewers, is against our terms. Videos and accounts that are found to be in violation of our terms may be closed down and removed from YouTube.
Twitter - https://support.twitter.com/articles/68916-following-rules-and-best-practices
What are third party applications to “Get More Followers Fast!”?

You may encounter websites or applications claiming they can help you get lots of followers quickly. These programs may ask for payment for followers, or ask you to follow a list of other users in order to participate. Using these is not allowed according to the Twitter Rules.

The Twitter Rules addresses the use of these programs by disallowing: using or promoting third-party sites that claim to get you more followers (such as follower trains, sites promising ‘more followers fast,’ or any other site that offers to automatically add followers to your account).

When you give out your username and password to another site or application, you are giving control of your account to someone else. They may then post duplicated, spam, or malicious updates and links, send unwanted direct messages, aggressively follow, or violate other Twitter rules with your account. When these applications do add followers to your account, they are often abandoned or bot accounts that are not reading your updates. If a third-party application causes your account to violate the Twitter Rules, your account may be suspended.

Some third-party applications have been implicated in spam behavior, fraud, the selling of usernames and passwords, and phishing. Please do not give your username and password out to any third-party application that you have not thoroughly researched.
Soundcloud - http://policyandsafety.help.soundcloud.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2155738-reporting-fake-activity?b_id=10247
Reporting fake activity

At SoundCloud, we believe in building a strong community on the site, with deep connections to other users. To keep the community genuine, it is in breach of our Terms of Use to use any service or tool that promises to boost your account's popularity (e.g. increasing your followers, likes or plays). We work hard to fight against fake accounts and fake activity on our platform, regularly removing it when it is detected.

Reporting fake activity on your account or tracks

If you’ve noticed an unexpected, sudden increase in activity on your account, this can sometimes be explained by fake accounts on the platform.

These accounts follow, play, like and repost sounds across the community in order to appear human. Our Trust and Safety engineers work hard to detect fake accounts on the platform, but cannot always remove them before they have the chance to make actions on the site.

Please let us know the following details through the contact button at the bottom of this article:

Date you noticed this unusual increase in activity
An example of one of the accounts you suspect to be fake

We will use this information to review your account, and with the help of our Trust and Safety Team, remove any fake accounts that we find. Please bear in mind this review may take some time to complete.

For now, we recommend that you block and report any account you suspect to be fake. You can do this using our block feature. Please note that you must be on a computer and using the latest version of SoundCloud to use this feature.
Reporting fake activity on someone else's account or tracks

Please be assured that we share your concerns and frustrations with fake accounts and activity on SoundCloud. It could be that someone paid to boost the popularity of this account, or that it was mistakenly subject to fake activity intended for another account.

You can report any account you suspect to be fake to us by using the “Block and Report” function on-site (you must be using the latest version of SoundCloud to do this). We will then review all accounts reported to us, and remove any accounts determined to be spam.

We work hard to combat fake activity on the platform, we hope these efforts reduce such occurrences where an account is trying to manipulate their own, or another person’s, popularity on the platform.

Todos estos sitios que mencionan dan mala impresión en la mayoría de las veces sólo son una estafa. Nada confiables.
