Cryptocurrency Scam
Re: Cryptocurrency Scam — DPRK Angle
This is a heads up to any unsuspecting types who just have to throw their money to the wind. North Korea (DPRK) is actively "trojanized cryptocurrency applications targeting individuals and companies—including cryptocurrency exchanges and financial services companies—through the dissemination of cryptocurrency trading applications that were modified to include malware that facilitates theft of cryptocurrency."
You should take serious precautions before you throw your money to the wind instead of mailing to these people.

Re: Crypto Exchange Scam Sites - Currently lyablyabit.com
The scam continues withA440 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 12, 2022 1:36 amYes, it appears lyablyabit.com is getting the jocial treatment on WOT too, i.e., endless postitive farmed scorecard reviews.
WOT is busted and needs work to catch up with the current wave of scam sites, both crypto and disinformation.
Please post herein any such sites and they will be considered accordingly.

Here is the WOT scorecard https://www.mywot.com/scorecard/coinecrypt.com at least at the time of posting the scammer has not put numerous fake reviews. Would appreciate it if you could post your stand review for the site.

Re: Cryptocurrency Scam
Had a great zoom chat with someone from WOT about the reviews being made.
And then today I look at the scorecard for https://www.mywot.com/scorecard/coinecrypt.com
16 reviews all positive all first time reviewers all within 1 day.
To the WOT people THIS IS YOUR problem.

Re: Cryptocurrency Scam
Yes, WOT has this problem with farmed reviews. These are all one-time reviewers, all of which have a low impact upon the site rating.scamhunter wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 6:41 pm. . . today I look at the scorecard for https://www.mywot.com/scorecard/coinecrypt.com

I'm surprised that this site has an "n/a" rating and not something low already. WOT does have problems.
coinecrypt.com is a new domain as of 28 April and a part of a series of domains, all owned (according to public whois searches) by Andrei Melkov. A current list of his domains which have used the identical content, being a Crypto Exchange are bitswet, trezbit, trezxbit, Auecoin, trahbit, wixybit, ebalabit, fastxbit, shaubit, loot-trade, lyablyabit, vdulbit, coinecrypt. He is registering new domain names on a monthly basis to avoid being shut down. It's another scam artist.
coinecrypt.com — Jocial style spamming of scorecard comments
coinecrypt.com is now enjoying the spamming of scorecard contents in an effort to dilute and hide the negative facts that it is a scam.
Again, WOT has a serious problem with this. It's become yet another place where the manipulation of scorecard comments and ratings is commonplace.
All this, against a background of shit hitting the fan:
Crypto meltdown deepens as stablecoin Tether drops below dollar peg

Re: Cryptocurrency Scam
Hello, could anyone help me with this website ?
Someone I know sent me this. I wonder if he is himself being scammed.
hxxps://lethcoin.com/
Weird stuff already, I found another website of the same kind from I guess the same "company" since the contact email is the same.
hxxps://leth-ex.com/
Thank you for your insight as I am unable to convince my friend he should be careful about this site.
I also found :
their interface is quite the same. Same links are not working on both websites. Some mispelled words.
Icons are the same on both sites. They talk about a "LETH" crypto I can't find any informations about anywhere. The crypto description come from another crypto... And still I can't convince him.

This site is registered by namesilo.com, a known host of cybercrime outfits.
This site is a fairly obvious con. Your friend is guilible, especially considering the ongoing meltdown of most crypto right now.

Same scam, same HTML, same back end, just a new domain name.
Re: Cryptocurrency Scam
I got this one just now. I'm sure this guy isn't finished but the question remains will crypto burn down before he gets around to making new domains or not.
