Looking at the site, it looks like they sell weapons for use within various online games. It seem fairly straightforward though I would never sign into a Steam account through another site. That is dodgy, in my opinion.

These are actually items that are tradeable via the Steam interface. The name of the site is actually treated as a swear word in the forums, which they do for websites like g2a.com which are known to Valve for fraud.

The site actually exploits the APIs of Steam to help facilitate the trades, i.e. it sets up trades with the site's "trade bots" of which there are many illegitimately registered on Steam.
