Sites offering / selling Email Lists

A group with a phone number in the Dominican Republic +849.855.487.77 is offering / selling email lists. Their sites have hidden registrant info, & there is no contact address. These lists (if they actually exist) have been obtained illegally.

It's much, so much that I've stopped detecting all these URL's on WOT
No time for that, better things to do at the moment..
My spam filter throws them in the "Unwanted mails" and shift - delete helps a lot ...
