Stop it!!!
I hate it when people post a positive comment on a website just because it was listed on a certain website!! I just hate it! They probably haven't even visited the site, but they just decide to post because 'Alexa said it was ranked in the top 500' One time someone even rated the infamous 'MeatSpin' website good customer experience because it was one of the highest traffic websites!! We need to stop this!!

I see no positive reviews on
I see no positive reviews on meatspin. But WOT does automatically post some comments about recently being submitted to Digg/del.icio.us etc. These don't contribute to the overall ranking though.
I know exactly what OP
I know exactly what OP means. I personally once PM'd one such person here. W/o getting any response by the way.
And as someone who probably originally suggested the mass rating feature, I hate to see it (ab)used in such a manner. Luckily that one specific member seems to on a winter vacation now ...

Re: Stop it!!!
Posting these types of comments isn't exactly harmful, but you're right, the category should not be "Good customer experience".
The written comments should
The written comments should be out of a real experience with that site ... in my opinion that is why comments are there !!.
So, when some one wants to know about a site .. by reading the users comments (which shows different user/visitor experience) he should get an idea about the site if it is risky or not.

Non-authoritative answer:
360ringofdeathfix.com
primary name server = ns5.webcontrolcenter.com
responsible mail addr = administrator.webcontrolcenter.com
serial = 12
refresh = 900 (15 mins)
retry = 600 (10 mins)
