Subscription scams

Post by c۞g » Thu Feb 17, 2011 7:45 am

Fake subscription forms usually requesting:
First Name
Last Name
Company
Email
Phone

others request a little more...

The reason for requesting this information is simple:
the submitter can expect email spam / telemarketing calls / and/or snail mail spam (if address is provided)

Also social site "Apps" seeking login information for:
Twitter
Western Union
etc.

These sites are Phishing for PII / account login data.

For Facebook, see:: Facebook login phishing
