This answers questions I also had since I had my old PC ( on XP and with CCleaner on it ) crashed and bought a new one that runs W7.
Now I use the steps - Extra - Options - Remove individual cookies.
That seemed functional to me now I have to get used to W7.

I can only say that the skill I have would be to bend over backwards to be objective.
I would never rate anything or anyone badly because I "didn't like them.".
