That's ridiculous.
ALL file-sharing sites have malicious/illegal downloads on them. It is impossible for them to remove all of those downloads. Go here: http://www.mywot.com/settings
Click the 'advanced' tab
Uncheck the third box 'Enable color blind accessible version'
Click 'Apply settings'
This should work in Chrome, but I'm not sure. (I have Firefox)

Go here http://www.mywot.com/settings click "warnings" and choose either Moderate, Normal (system default), or Very effective. This will turn off the blocking feature, which means bad sites will still be able to load...
