Activity score 324 on new, Rookie accounts

I have seen some new Rookies which look like they have no ratings under their belt (they're private, by the way), but have an activity score of 324. What is this for?

I'm not sure why it's called You Win When Vendors Bid. Unless it ends at first bid, You Win When Vendors Bid sounds impossible!

Spreading the Word.

Pretty much everywhere with Flash, apart from Adobe's test of a rolling Flash logo, detects I have not got the correct version (I have).

Can you help with this???

A Faster Internet, For Free?

I have seen IObit and SlimWare's speed-me-up utilities requiring you to PAY to get a faster internet (Internet Boosters), respectively Advanced SystemCare and SlimComputer. How can I get a free internet booster? Or do IObit and Slimware not care about my Top 100 list, ad campaign, internetting habit...
