It has been one disaster after another since Sam*********** left. No hope in sight.

Yes the delay in fixing MRT is totally unacceptable as well as the vague replies I have receive from support@mywot.com concerning MRT. From the replies I gather other issues with MyWOT are more important than fixing the MRT problem.
