Ratings have nothing to do with comments, and ratings (which are what decide whether the site has an overall green or otherwise marking) are indeed based on user reliability ratings.

Child Safety

Wikipedia is not technically a child-safe site, and although you'd be hard-pushed to find them on a casual browse, articles with 18+ images in them do exist. I believe a few are blocked by the Australian filter.

Actions were always taken in the cases of abuse, usually through methods of "counselling" and spiritual healing then relocating. Another problem of WOT is it tends to only be people who regularly visit a website who will give it ratings.
