The reputation goes back to unrated when the confidence level goes below the minimum threshold. The sites need more ratings to have a reputation.

Sorry, there are no plans to support Google image search on older IE versions, because Google tends to serve them a different version of the search results page than for other browsers. I can only recommend upgrading to Firefox or Chrome.

That explains the issue. The add-on doesn't add ratings next to links in Google+ at the moment. We will look into supporting it.

Some features are not supported in Internet Explorer. Can you please try if the problem exists when using another browser?
