What is the exact message on the testimony window? Does it say "Loading reputation data..." or perhaps "Data not available"? If the first, there is a problem with the network connection. It means that WOT is unable to connect to our server, but it will try again soon. If this problem doesn't go away soon, please send us an email and we'll investigate the problem further.

This sounds like a conflict with another extension. What other extensions do you have installed? You can also try reinstalling WOT.
