Make sure you're using the latest version of the add-on. If upgrading doesn't help, please post a) the version of IE and Windows you are using and b) the full URL to a search results page where you expect to see ratings, bu don't.

It depends on your child safety rating which child safety categories are shown in the category selector. You can rate any hostname using the add-on too, it doesn't have to be a valid TLD. However, reputations are not computed for invalid TLDs and they have no scorecards either.

The problem with Bing has been fixed for the URL above on Oct 11th. If you are still not seeing rating symbols in Bing, please post a URL to a search results page where the problem occurs. Edit: If you are using Internet Explorer, right click the WOT button on your toolbar, select "Check for updates...

Thank you for providing the URLs. It looks like the US version of Bing has a new layout, and it's broken as a result. You should start seeing rating symbols there again in a few hours.

The "My ratings" tab always shows the ratings associated to your add-on, if you have one installed. Synchronizing solves the problem.

Bing still works for me. Can you please post a full URL to a search results page where you expect to see ratings, but don't? Just so we can see if something has changed.
