I am also seeing a bug occasionally where after rating a number of sites my rating count
either remains same or decreases.
My rating number is updated once a day and not in real time. This most likely explains the issue you are experiencing.
Have you synchronized the add-on with your profile? You can check it by comparing activity score on your add-on with the number on profile page. It would explain why comments are not saved under your name.
