RE: clocksell.com

Coming to think of it: right now clocksell.com is doing business in an illegal way. Please do either of two things: 1. make sure that all required provisions are in effect within 48 hours from now; 2. if you are unable to do that, take the site off-line for as long as it takes to comply with the req...

RE: clocksell.com

Hello, It looks like the website clocksell.com is still under construction, therefore I wonder <em>why</em> you are already submitting it for evaluation. Volkswagen will not ask to have a new model tested, if the engine is not yet installed... You mention that the website has a Privacy Policy by sup...

RE: Report joe-jobs here.

The most recent victims of such joe-job are the forums swimpool.biz and swimpool.cc. Both domain are also under a DDOS attack.

Report joe-jobs here.

For a description see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe-job Very short: a joe-job is a message that is made to <em>look</em> like spam, to damage the reputation of someone who is the <strong>victim</strong> <em>not</em> the <strong>sender</strong> of that message. Recently there has been a sharp inc...

RE: Beware of a joe-job against the domain orabote.net.

The spam-run against orabote.net has ceased. The site is still green My thanks to all commentators, and to all who helped to prevent that orabote.net turned red. There are daily new joe-jobs though, and I hope that - soon - a new main thread will be created where new joe-jobs can be reported. For th...

RE: Beware of a joe-job against the domain orabote.net.

@Armored You were completely right about those comments being suspect. All members who submitted comments had signed up for WoT less than 3 months ago. And, all of them commented on the same domains; unfortunately I did not understand your remark about the [same] domains having green and red comment...

<quote user="donsorg"> Right, he just asked </quote><quote>Do not give the domain a bad rating </quote>Thank you for your reply. To avoid misunderstandings: I was NOT referring to the older already present comments (mentioned by Armored). Because I can't read them, I cannot give a judgement about th...

Beware of a joe-job against the domain orabote.net.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe-job This domain in Latvia exists 3 years, has a clean record (no listing at all, meaning that it never has sent spam) and only seems to target people in Latvia and other countries in the region with a language like Russian, Ukrainian etc. . Ask yourself: is it likely...

RE: Vote for Me!

My vote goes to Volksjaeger, who months ago single-handed made a huge backlog of evaluation-requests disappear. Not only was that a huge task, it also meant that he (and some others who tried to assist him) knowingly accepted a bad impact on their rating-reliability by repair-rating several domains ...
