If citizens can get weapons from illegal sources , then it's time for the government to react and see what went wrong. Look at most countries in Europe, everyone doesn't have their own guns and they still manage it till now. Self-defense isn't an excuse for owning guns or rifles as evils will use it...

WOT is a community where everyone contributes towards it and learns new things from it rather than a place to mess around and race to the top spot. I think we should still keep the activity score visible to everyone else but also emphasize the message that: high activity score doesn't necessarily me...

What about posting a really clear post at the top of the forum? To make sure everyone knows about MRT. I often look at someone's activity score to help me to decide whether that user's ratings are reliable.

Let's turn the clock back in time and think, at the beginning why does the government allow citizens to own their guns? Self-defense! But it seems like some people have misused this 'privilege' and their rights of owning a gun should get taken away for life!

I know children might actually feel threatened when they see a policeman walking around with a gun, but if they don't do this to protect the interest of the parents and also those children, more morons might go to primary schools and shoot children in the future...

Top users list could simply mean who are actually rating websites for the good of the WOT community, and of course it can also be the other way as lots of you have mentioned : a race to the top spot with the help of MRT tool.
