Thanks for the report. The issue is caused by recent reconfiguration of the servers. Turns out doesn't work well. We're investigating how to fix it.

You should update your Opera browser to the latest one as suggested by the add-on gallery. Old browser versions have many security issues and must be upgraded. Also, old Opera (12) uses old technology which is not supported by WOT for several years already. So, I suggest to start using modern version.
