Good news: These and a few others were now suspended by the host. going to the URL provided will now only end up in a 404.

It was. As for the sites, it might seem moot for them to be rated, but if they're actually trying to sell supposedly infinite-energy machines, or link to other sites that sell it, it might be rated as either yellow or worse. We're here to protect consumers from charlatans, obviously.
