RE: WOT fails to detect a harmful site linked through goo.gl or

@MightyPork The WOT add-on does not block URLs, the behavior you are experiencing is by design and it is not due to the short link. Good shortening services allow a "preview" by adding a plus (+) at the end of the short URL, for example: hxxp://bit.ly/1bxhueY+ <a href="http://i.imgur.com/84OQHVQ.png...

RE: Notorious, dead sites

This is not a goggle.com forum, this is a forum about Sites that are Dead, and do not host malware anymore.

actually, previous posts mean that goggle.com should not be in this thread since it is not dead and it has malwares.

WOT engine does not need to know if your evaluation is correct or not. I recommend you read some more information on how WOT works: https://www.mywot.com/en/support/how-wot-works https://www.mywot.com/en/faq/website/rating-websites https://www.mywot.com/wiki/WOT https://www.mywot.com/wiki/Rating_rel...

Try to be unbiased and as objective as possible and avoid rating sites based on generalization. Provide evidence t...

RE: ICANN Discussing removing mandatory WHOIS service

It is highly probable that a criminal site uses a hidden WHOIS, but the contrary is not banally true. Most companies/private users have websites with hidden WHOIS.
