I don't understand your confusion. The site has a good rating, yet also has a low confidence rating which means not many have rated. This is not a flaw in WoT, yet just a lack of members rating.

Though very admirable redblade7, I think this battle belongs to admin and not members. They need to correct, they need to stand up, and if they don't care enough to do so; then why should you worry about this issue.
