WOT only displays a site's reputation when the confidence level is high enough. We collect ratings and compute the reputations approximately every 30 mins & do not reveal how many users actually rated the site. How come the "Online tracking" category is displayed in green for both Chrome and Firefox add-ons?

It's green because it's in the Positive / Neutral category when you rate a site. Comments in the Negative category are displayed in red.
