Sites Don't Remember Logins After A Reboot? Try This Program!

Sites Not Remembering Login Info After A Reboot? Try This Program! There have been several cases where I have had issues in IE, where login information is swiped on some websites following a reboot. Ever since MS modified their Windows Live system, (and not for the better) I have had to log in again...

Norton (Symantic) Using Bogus Virus Threats to Get You To Buy Their Product!

I have never liked Norton for Anti-Virus, because it is a bloated resource hog and there are better AV programs out there that are lighter on resources, such as MS Security Essentials and Avast. But it seems that Symantic, the company that makes Norton products is using scare tactics to try to get p...

Why Didn't WOT Warn Me About A Site Within A Site?

Dear WOT,

I can't remember the URL now, but I was on a site with a good rating, and embedded within that site with a good rating was a link to a site that when I clicked on it, had a poor rating. Why wasn't I warned by WOT that the link on the good site, would lead to a bad site?

Jeff George, I would say,

Jeff George,

I would say, wait another half hour and if you still can't get WOT ratings, close out of everything and reboot your computer.

Question About A Site?

Please check out the following site for me. It is about the old 1960-1975 TV game show Password. The WOT ratings seem to be contradictory. It has been given a Good rating overall by WOT, but the scorecard gives it two poor ratings. (I think for Privacy and Reliability.) Anyway, I use the Ad-Block Pl...
