Is it possible you logged into WOT while in Private Browsing? If so the Private Browsing may have marked the login cookies for deletion, causing you to log out upon exiting Private Browsing.

I have issues with Firefox (latest version) and WOT where sometimes if I am in Private Browsing mode for an extended period of time, upon leaving Private Browsing, WOT is disabled. A refresh of the page properly enables WOT again.
