Introduction:
Hello, I see a "mass rating" rating on my website saying it was found on a blacklist, my website is not blacklisted or on any blacklist, it is indexed by google. Also it is an adult themed website but it is not "porn", and all commerce on my site is through two trusted merchants. My website has been online, trusted, and indexed by google since 2004.

Indexed by Google isn't a sign of trust; they index everything they see that isn't blocked by a robots.txt file.
Regarding the comment by 31M13, your description does suggest while not straight up porn, your site may still fall under the category of "adult content" as defined by vendors of web-blocking services. The user has requested if you consider his rating a false positive that you message him.

I am new to this site so forgive me if I don't understand exactly how it works. I joined because a diagnostic I did on my site showed this site as making a bad mark on my seo. I see a "mass rating" rating on my website saying it was found on a blacklist, my website is not blacklisted or on any blacklist, it is indexed by google. It is an adult themed website but it is not "porn", and all commerce on my site is through two trusted merchants. My website has been online, trusted, and indexed by google since 2004. I am a trusted leader in my industry. I have a splash page which has always stated you must be an adult to enter, (even though there is absolutely NO nudity, or porn). My website is intended for adults, but how does this make it not trusted? It has absolutely no tracking software, no spyware, secure ecommerce, and has been a trusted leader in its genre for 12 years. I have tried to contact the person that left this rating, but since this actually happened 6 years ago and I just learned of it, I'm not even sure if the person is still active on this site.

Any proof that Google has specifically trusted you? As I mentioned, Google indexes everything that isn't blocked by robots.txt or by a DMCA takedown notice.

The "blacklist" that 31M13 refers to is probably a commercial web filtering product, which does NOT affect its listing on Google.

Yes, my website ranks well for keywords in my industry on google. It is one of the top websites on google in my industry. I use google webmaster tools and analytics, I have high quality link backs from other influential sites in my industry, I have a domain that has been continually registered for 12 years with no complaints or chargebacks on ecommerce in all that time. I have privacy, contact, and 2257 exemption clearly notated on my website. If you can suggest any other ways in which I can explain that Google trusts my website please let me know. As I said I am new here! Thank you.

You don't seem to understand, Google does not "trust" websites. It just crawls them and lists them based on proprietary, automated ranking algorithms.

If you are using WOT to boost your Google rankings, you may find yourself quite disappointed. WOT is an add-on that displays user trust of domains. Since you are not "red" unless the Parental Control mode is turned on in WOT Settings it won't throw warnings, except for the outdated Internet Explorer version which let you block Yellow sites.

Since you use Google Analytics, you need to update your privacy policy (and make it easily accessible, even from the interstitial page) to disclose its use - section 7 of hxxps://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html
