It seems that our company website (domain we registered in 2014) has a bad reputation score. The fact is that is that the block list mentioned under reviews does NOT even contain the URL of our website.

Please take corrective action in this regards.

Thank you.

Seeing as you have CloudFlare, on your checkout page, is your backend server secure?
I notice you have a whole bunch of "partner" logos on your homepage. Do you have any actual relationship with those companies, and permission to use their logos?

WOT Support does not delete scorecard comments unless they are abusive, and ratings don't get deleted except (a) by the user, or (b) if the user is banned for abuse.

You use Google Analytics, and as such need to update your privacy policy to disclose it. Ref: section 7 of hxxps://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html

When you say "Rapid Website Speeds" does that mean the hosting gets proxied through CloudFlare? If so, are all customer HTTPS connections configured to be Full (Strict)? If not, do you warn users of the shortcomings?
Unfortunately, supporting CloudFlare is a great way to attract abusive users. Even though the CloudFlare SSL is SNI-based, it still gets shared with other unrelated domains, some of which may be abusive.

driveboot.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.servconfig.com, servconfig.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Weird, it seems they turned off CloudFlare, and they don't have a valid HTTPS certificate for their main site.
They were to the best of my knowledge using CloudFlare yesterday.

Will check it out again tomorrow to see if the owner made any development. It's easy to install SSL these days using LetsEncrypt or SartSSL which both are free.

They are using two IP addresses. both point to CloudFlare:

It's a bit difficult to evaluate a website which has no content whatsoever.

Dear Site-Rater,

Thank you so much for taking out your time to evaluate the website.

Your input is much appreciated.

Now, I must address your concerns:

""Seeing as you have CloudFlare, on your checkout page, is your backend server secure?""

The whole objective to use CF was to capture on to the new buzz of shared DDOS protection offered by them. Our own thesis was that, in terms of SSL (though SNI) would not matter that much to an average customer, hence we opted to use the free version provided by them.

This was of course a misassessment, because ultimately despite all the other minor flaws, the SSL is shared amongst multiple sets of domains with various backgrounds.

The error was our part and we have corrected it now after installing the website on to its own dedicated SSL.

""I notice you have a whole bunch of "partner" logos on your homepage. Do you have any actual relationship with those companies, and permission to use their logos?""

We have a relationship with these companies through our Data Center, but not direct. Therefore, you are correct here also, and it only becomes fair to remove that small table from the page. It has been removed from the page.

"""WOT Support does not delete scorecard comments unless they are abusive, and ratings don't get deleted except (a) by the user, or (b) if the user is banned for abuse."""

It is unfortunate, because we registered the domain name in 2014, having not done our homework about its past, and only focused on its brandability. However, having said that, now that the domain name is clean, and has remained clean, it would be desirable to do the right thing and improve upon its ratings within the system. At least, to make the website child-friendly, which it is.

"""You use Google Analytics, and as such need to update your privacy policy to disclose it. Ref: section 7 of hxxps://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html"""

GA has been removed from the website. We are using Jetpack now.

"""When you say "Rapid Website Speeds" does that mean the hosting gets proxied through CloudFlare? If so, are all customer HTTPS connections configured to be Full (Strict)? If not, do you warn users of the shortcomings?"""

CF has a bad reputation on mywot, therefore, we have just removed that mention from the page.

Hopefully, after amendments and adjustments done through your recommendations, you would be able to reconsider and evaluate the website on a more positive note.

Thank you.

Dear MyClassCam,

Thank you very much for your feed back.

I appreciate it.

I have addressed the concerns regarding the CF SSL and removed it from the system after installing the website with its own dedicated SSL. If you are still receiving such an error, please remove the cookies related to driveboot.com from your browser and refresh.

Please reconsider your evaluation regarding this matter.

Have a happy and productive day. :)
