Any provider of services must have a privacy policy. If in fact you are in Switzerland, privacy policies may even be required under EU law.

In addition I the EU if you collect personally identifiable information, that collected information is subject to strict regulations regarding protection including limitations on disclosure. Even if a formal Privacy Policy is not specifically mandated by law, it still is a very good idea as it can reassure your customers about the protection of their data.
In addition, any personal information collected via the web should be protected using HTTPS encryption. Your hosting provider has provided you with a complimentary SSL certificate, so it would be a good idea to add a .htaccess file that rewrites http:// to https://
