Your Privacy Policy is incorrect.
It states:
1: GTM Electric Ltd. collects IP addresses and analytical data (locale, time spent on site, pages visited, etc.)
only, none of which is stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
2: GTM Electric Ltd. will not sell, rent or lease any identifying information (email addresses,
phone numbers, physical addresses, etc.) to third parties.
3: GTM Electric Ltd. does not store cookies or other tracking data on visitors computers.

1. is done with a web bug, "Google Analytics", that is a tracker. Google is a Third Party
2. Nice to hear
3. Found two cookies, one session and one very long term.

Nice site though, just correct the PP.

Thanks for your input, I've never written a PP before, wasn't really sure how it should be worded.

1. Guess you're right about the third party aspect, didn't really think about it in that way. When you say "web bug" it sounds pejorative, is there something I should change about the way the analytics are handled?
3. I was unaware of those cookies, are they related to Google Analytics? We certainly have no need to use cookies to track people.

Thanks very much for your time!

Update:

I changed the PP, got rid of "third party" from #1 and removed #3 altogether because I wasn't sure how to reword it properly, is this sufficient, or would you recommend something else?

Thanks again.
