I do notice you host on a hosting provider that I have personally had bad experiences with their abuse department when their parent company shared my personal information with the owner of the website I complained to.

I would like to be rated for trust but also be rated that our site is not child safe.

Have you considered using the meta tag "rating" in the header section of your site's webpages? You should also consider having an advisory on your site's home page or landing page. Adult sites typically receive higher scores for trustworthiness when they have prominent advisories.

Not all content on the site is adult, only about 60% of it. When you try to view adult content, you are hit with an age check advisory.

I am not familiar with the meta tag rating but will look into it. Thanks!

Somehow, I navigated into an adult section without encountering any advisory. (My browser has pop-ups blocked, if that makes any difference.)

Could you provide the link where you were able to view adult content? I will make sure it's flagged in WordPress to have the overlay (it's not a pop-up and my site should run fine with popup blockers, adblock, and noscript)

Hi,
Your site seems fine to me. Adult content message works for me also.

Here's how I encountered full-page pornographic not-safe-for-work (NSFW) images:
  • On your site's home page, I clicked on the name of one of the featured artists and was served that artist's webpage on your site's "creator" subdirectory.
  • On that page, I clicked on the product number of one of the prints and was served an order page in your site's "print" subdirectory.
  • On the order page, I clicked on the product number and was served a full-screen jpeg image of the pornographic NSFW print in your site's "uploads" subdirectory.

I was surprised for several reasons. I should have expected that your site's uploads section would have been protected by some sort of "pay-wall" in addition to an "adults-only" shield; I encountered neither.

I realized the best thing to do was make the age check site wide. So it should be encountered upon visiting any page on inkedfur.com. Thanks!

Is that meta tag still commonly used?
