Hello

re: mypchealth.co.uk - cOps | DNS
sitting on IP: 91.206.183.31

this HTTP request (3 requests) is not loading (hanging):
http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/trailer/flash/trinity218x120.flv

Your logo image does not exist:
http://mypchealth.co.uk/.%5Cimages%5Clogo.jpeg

Your "About Us" links scroll to top of current page (all pages); example:
http://mypchealth.co.uk/index.php#

The "Contact us" link is a simple email (mailto) link - a title / tool tip would be nice, I prefer webmail (gmail) and clicking opens up local email client...
email address appears to exist: info@mypchealth.co.uk - test

Privacy policy is adequate, though (personal opinion here) links to GA's and DART's Opt-out would be a nice courtesy.

Site looks decent to me: simple, informational.
Not sure why it has a poor rating, unless it's the Google ads that point to some not-very-reputable "run a free scan" links; ie: RegistryBooster
not listed for
Checked Clean-MX:
 • no <a href="mypchealth.co.uk">phishing incidents
 • no malware incidents
URLvoid reports clean excluding WOT's reference

Looking at your "Free tools" page, here's a possible addition:

Thanks for your comments ...
Weird problem with the logo ... that was never the link to the logo ... so why that existed i dont know... when i went to edit it in my software it displayed it in characters that resembled japanese .. weird... any took out the image put it back in ... hope its fixed... been try to track that problem down for ages.....

Never written a privacy thing before but currently dont take any info other than standard stats so glad its adequate.......Added a link to googles dart opt out .... not sure what you mean by GA's.....

Remove the about us as there is not a page for that ... may make one in the near future.

Will look at adding maybe an email page with the email address and with links to free emails if they wish to get one ? Just dont want to get too much damm spam from email hoarders !! :)

Added that pc wizard to the freetools page...

Thanks for all the feedback appreciate you taking the time.

My though was to simply replace "Contact Us" with the email addy, an image would work, since you (probably) complie the link on page load.

IMO, it doesn't matter the for of the data as long as the data is available, in the past it's been recommended for people to publish full contact info as an image: name / address / phone number / FAX / email address - keeps most of the bots away.

this website probably had a poor reputation because the name/domain is quite similar to cyber defender's malicious "registry cleaner" websites...

http://verycleanpc.com

rated safe and left comment reiterating the above.

I wot'ed poorly for this website in the past. Can't remember exact reason.
But: http://mypchealth.co.uk/SpywareAntiMal.php This one removal instructions have all the content taken from bleepingcomputer (without citing that), some advertisements added, and even image has bleepingcomputer logo in it. The guide is not full.
If you take content from other websites, please quote them. Also, consider adding value: I would say that neither of these instructions are full, but made just for advertisements. In case of AntiMalware doctor, you have to scan PC with TDSS killer.

Now some worser things :
here: http://mypchealth.co.uk/SpywareBestAV.php .
Best Antivirus 2011 is just a name of download that installs completely different rogue (aka file name, not a rogue name). There is not such rogue. Typically, rogue in question is MS Removal Tool. I believe Malwarebytes does not claim to be able to remove any rogue named Best Antivirus 2011, but it can remove MS Removal tool.

So I can not rate your site green at the moment.

Summary: Add value to removal guides. Remove non-existing parasites. Show your own tests and screenshots. Then I'll rerate site (consider PM me here).

Hi,
Thanks for your comments... I had a someone helping me a while ago which i asked to get me the pictures from infected machines we had cleared/were clearning of these fake programs. Instead he decided to to do what he does best and be lazy.... Hence he is no longer on this venture due to lack of enthusiasm and hasnt been for a while yet his legacy lives on..... i have removed offending images as this is not what i envisaged the site to be about i will have to wait till i can get new images from infected machines.... removed best av2011.....

This is all i need was having to clear up the rubbish that someone did for me when they were meant to be helping me out.... really appreciate these comments.

I would still advice getting original images and doing own tests.
I know at least several sites that photoshop images that land in the internet as "real" fake-antiviruses. These images are later distributed further.
Re-rating site.
