Should you be allowing P2P on your "strictly no logs" VPN service or are you just asking to get into legal trouble since if you don't keep any logs of what servers are used and when you cannot find out the customer in case of a copyright or abuse complaint?

With keeping a minimum log with the times our customers are connected wouldn't that go against the "no log" and how would it help with any legal issues we may face if it does occur? We wouldn't know what customers do what so it would still be the same?

I am not the Owner however I have got the Owner's permissions to post on this forum. I am one of the System Administrators for the company. We have 3 staff on the team. Two are based in the US and the owner is based in the UK. This makes it easier for 24/7 support times.
