trafoexperts.com

Site URL: http://trafoexperts.com
Scorecard: View scorecard

Introduction:
My name is Ugo Piovan, I am a power transformer consultant.

There is absolutely no "content depicting nudity, sexual content, violence, vulgar or hateful language or content that encourages dangerous or illegal activities" on my website (just check by yourselves). Therefore how could I get a low child safety score?

As for my reputation just have a look at endorsements and recommendations on my linkedin profile http://www.linkedin.com/in/ugopiovan

It looks to me that WOT is not doing a good job in screening bad rating from competitors and should be more careful before smearing other people reputations.

Has privacy policy?
No: I did not deem it necessary because

Has a way for users to contact site owners?

Actually, not everyone rates your site. So, gray colored scorecard means not enough ratings (hence, nothing, in other words). There's no such things as "low child safety" in your website. All you need to do is "patient" and let other users evaluate it.

You may wish to check and study WOT FAQs, Help and Support, and Guidelines before you conclude this statement.

(BTW, I haven't rate your site too)

I'm just curious about the whole downvoting for privacy/private registration. What aspect of his site warrants warning other members of the WoT community. What I mean is what is so important about the private registration and missing privacy policy in regards to his website?

Due to the nature of the site, the child safety rating does not apply. However, company sites aren't supposed to be hiding the registration info (as there's contact info etc on the site, it's actually a little puzzling as to why it was hidden in the WhoIs records), and should always have a privacy policy (also required by law for sites whose companies are within the EU (though the only part required by law, covers the cookies, as per the EU Privacy Directive)).

I've not rated the site however, nor do I intend to, but as it stands, there's no malicious or adult content anywhere on the site.
