Cannot flag scorecard comments

I have come across a scorecard with comments that bully those who say the site is dangerous (to people, not necessarily computers), yet since the recent scorecard overhauls I can no longer flag comments as inappropriate.

Yes, I agree that this is a problem.
I've found scorecard comments which are nothing more than gibberish and should be deleted.

This feature needs re-implementation.
