Checked the scorecard of my own site.
I"m missing "Comment by the site owner" - have they been skipped in the new design ?

On Chrome, press Ctrl+F5, which flushes all browser caches related to the page. For other browsers, please refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache (Trusted page)

Attempting to rate site on the iPad does not work whatsoever.
I can enter comments but the rating is never applied; I always end up with an unrated entry.

A440, I haven't used iPad; however, I used mobile browsers. You may want to try another browser and suggest this article: www.mywot.com/wiki/WOT_Mobile

So, half of my 'Submit' button was eaten away by the side of the website. The lines are not even straight!
Happened when I was typing in a Forum post. I clicked preview a multiple times, and all of a sudden, the button was half-eaten. Refreshing the page fixed it. (The black box was my post, just hiding it.)

A couple thoughts:
(1) The <doctype> tag on www.mywot.com is wrong; it calls out XHTML 1.0 Strict where it should simply be <doctype html> where HTML5 is mostly compatible with XHTML but has some tags such as <canvas> (used in the scordcard circles along with JavaScript to render the circles. This wrong <doctype> tag can possibly cause compatibility issues in some browsers.

(2) You say the fix came from refreshing. Did you press CTRL+F5? If so, your browser may have a stale cache. CTRL+F5 deletes the cache for only the current page and to avoid any further surprises you might want to delete your entire browser cache (For Chrome it is "Cached images and files").

On an unrelated note, tinypic.com does not support secure protocols for embedding, so the lock is gone on this page. As a result, in the quote I replaced the image with placeholder text so I am not contributing to the mixed content.

Scorecards for Twitter addresses are still differentiated by character case-respect, so there is a separate scorecard for each of:
twitter.com/user = _p_ovzwk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/User = _p_kvzwk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/uSer = _p_ovjwk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/usEr = _p_ovzuk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/useR = _p_ovzwkuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/USer = _p_kvjwk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/UsEr = _p_kvzuk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/UseR = _p_kvzwkuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/uSEr = _p_ovjuk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/uSeR = _p_ovjwkuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/usER = _p_ovzukuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/USEr = _p_kvjuk4q.twitter.com
twitter.com/USeR = _p_kvjwkuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/UsER = _p_kvzukuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/uSER = _p_ovjukuq.twitter.com
twitter.com/USER = _p_kvjukuq.twitter.com

Therefore
if the trust score is significant for "twitter.com/pablitomctavish",
but his web site proudly links to "twitter.com/PablitoMcTavish",
and if search engines echo his preferred unrated Twitter link,
then potential visitors will not see ratings of many addresses.
