Why not bring back the old self-hosted pages?

Thanks for the question.
At WOT we use Zendesk, which is the world's leading company for support services, in order to provide our users with the best experience and support possible.
Feel free to email us at support@mywot.com if there's anything we can help you with.

I'm happy to see that the WoT FAQ is available again. Interested readers may notice some new topics in the FAQ.
Off-topic but still a forum bug:

Thanks for bringing back WOT's FAQ to the attention of the community.
This is an excellent opportunity for us to mention that if anyone encounters an article that they believe isn't informative enough or requires a touchup - we are all ears!
Regarding the off-topic bug - no worries, we are working on it.

I don't see how putting self-service pages on Zendesk helps, unless this statement is intended to be an advertisement for Zendesk.MyWOT-Team wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2020 11:06 amHey Site-rater,Site-rater wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2020 5:02 pmWhy not bring back the old self-hosted pages?

Unfortunately, the support.mywot.com domain is hosted by Cloudflare, which due to their nature gives me negative marks for that subdomain.
If you want to give the Cloudflare-prepared statement on why they are supposed to be good, please keep in mind that recent developments in WOT have forum members who have been regulars for many years feel alienated.

I agree with site-rater - communication with support through email has been poor since Feb 2019. Many of my emails were not replied to, or the replies had answers to different subjects. I seldom use this as a form of contact now.Site-rater wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 1:56 amI don't see how putting self-service pages on Zendesk helps, unless this statement is intended to be an advertisement for Zendesk.MyWOT-Team wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2020 11:06 amHey Site-rater,Site-rater wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2020 5:02 pmWhy not bring back the old self-hosted pages?

In regard to advertising, are netflix paying WoT for their advertising? Some members appear to be rating netflix.com instead of the sites they intended to rate.

Have you taken a look at the GitHub repository at github.com/paul999/mention to see if it has been updated since you installed it? That said, any commits after February 22 require phpBB 3.3.MyWOT-Team wrote: ↑Mon Mar 23, 2020 11:26 amHey NotBuyingIt,NotBuyingIt wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2020 1:51 pmI'm happy to see that the WoT FAQ is available again.
