Wrongly classified as "Potentially Dangerous!"

Although this is a good concept and a good beginning, my own site - ...your easy, authoritative guide to a well-oiled PC - is listed as Red! I do not send out any mailers at all, nor have I used even a single 4-letter word in there - except of course, the 4-letter words everyone uses in daily conversation!!!

The reason is that the previous user of the IP Number had sent out spam mail! I think WOT should base its ratings on their own parameters, instead of going by what Spamcop/ DSBL and others say - trust the WOT guys are ingenious enough to develop their own algorithm!

Well oiled PC - probable shared IP problem.

It is possible for a domain to have been used by spammers etc., and then to have been purchase in good faith, without the purchaser knowing of its history. I accept that is probably what has happened here.

I like your write-up about viruses. It covers all the essential points in a very clear manner. You also make some good points, on various pages, about web safety generally. I like that - it's useful and informative.

So, that's a green from me. :)
