I know they don't affect reputation but if a site is rated red and there is a false red comment (whether or not its the reason for the red rating from that reviewer) it will be perceived as the reason.

And if banned ip is a dynamic one and second time you get the banned ip then how do u login???
and if you tried to login then it means you are spamming a forum...
After this activity
would you accept due to of some1 your trust goes 0 and your user got banned ????
As you holds a reputable position and all goes in vain just due to off some1...

Uh-huh. Patsy - or Wendy, as (mistakenly ?) referred to in Cloudeight's comments section - would appear to be none other than user, Aurora or LionkingBenson (this from memory) who deleted her profile and online content. But not her site.

It's her. When I got lost trying to understand LKB/Aurora's WOT rating issues, I simply went to her profile and read all of her posts. The unique style of expression and presentation are nearly an exact match with "Patsy". I'm just noting this "for the record".
