I don't recall on this happening. If it does happen, it would most likely be computer or human error.

That's why I try not to post/rate while being half-awake. haha XD

Plenty of times (though probably not as often as some website owners believe!) I've also done the opposite- rating a bad site green before I knew to much about it. That usually happens when I find a site that looks harmless or even helpful and then find out all is not what it seems. It doesn't happen as often as it used to, since I'm more careful rating sites now than I was when I was 16.
