How do you get to the page where you can block this server?
[/quote]
It would probably be best to block the domain and not the IP addresses, as Amazon.com servers are dynamically allocated. To do so will depend on your network, but if you are willing to edit your hosts file, you can direct secure.mywot.com to 127.0.0.1 to effectively block it.
In my case, since my Internet router is configured to use OpenDNS, I used the OpenDNS web filter to block the domain. With a VPN server on the router, I extended the blocking to my smartphone.

I agree, this is the most common way to block it. With linux os, you have to edit "/etc/hosts" file. On windows put this address in your address bar of your files explorer: "%windir%\system32\drivers\etc"
Copy the hosts file in another directory it will allow to edit it (for instance in desktop or documents).
Then add this line:
For windows, move the new file to override the old one (at "%windir%\system32\drivers\etc").
Last test, open a terminal and a ping to secure.mywot.com should be your loopback address 127.0.0.1 which can't handle queries.

I have disabled the WOT extension in all my browsers and rated https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/mywot.com#rate as unsafe!
"How serious a transgression is this? Serious enough that Mozilla has already removed the WOT browser add-on from their site saying that it violated their guidelines for transparency. Numerous WOT users have expressed their outrage on Reddit and commented on articles discussing the NDR findings.
Many feel violated and have uninstalled the WOT add-on from their browsers. Understandably, they’ve gone looking for alternatives. Many have turned to a similar tool called Traffic Light offered by BitDefender, a Romanian security firm."

Actually the material accused to have been collected by the WOT add-on might be far more revealing than the statistical data collected by Windows.operating systems.

In a way, people are happy with their smartphones being spied on by various apps like fb messenger.
Now WOT are doing something similar and everyone is going nuts...

I have disabled Facebook for violation 10 times more alarming than WOT.
I cancelled my Yahoo! accounts years ago for violations 100 times more alarming than WOT.
I like to maintain a proper perspective.
