"NameCheap (reseller of eNom...)"

Whilst I don't disagree that the OP site is up to no good, I do have a question about your description of NameCheap being a reseller of eNom. As I understand it, eNom is a partner registration organisation of Nominet, and so I can't see how anyone can be a reseller of eNom.

It is possible for NameCheap to use the registration services of eNom, many web hosting providers use eNom for domain registration, but how can that be described as being a "reseller of eNom"?

I just got another spam that points to www.patagony.com/ent.html
which contains the same content as neopctv.net (scam artist).

The spam contained several paragraphs, at the end, which contained links to legitimate sites so as to confuse spam filters as well.

Why am I not surprised?

eNom are a registrar, not just a Nominent partner. NameCheap are a reseller of their registration services, much like hosting companies have resellers of their hosting services.
