Someone is peddling registry cleaners and expects a good rating? Seriously?

Blog says it all.

[green] At a later date I will be publishing a similar page. The short version is they do little- or even do more harm than good. Skip the entire category. [/green]

Could you please revise your "I don't trust" rating since you have learned that we are a legitimate McAfee partner. Thanks!

If you would check the comments, the rating is not because of McAfee, I was holding off until they got back with me. As I said, "there are no real registry cleaners, nor are they needed"

Antivirus companies have been detecting adware / PuPs in your software for at least 6 years, & registry cleaners do not make PCs run any faster. The fact you are a McAfee partner and that they sell this unnecessary app is irrelevant, it merely tarnishes their diminishing reputation - I lost faith in them a long time ago.

[green] This all points to the fact that many security companies are either desperate for revenue or badly slacking. Just being partnered with them isn't enough for a free pass.[/green]
