GoDaddy whois
created: 23 March 2010
location (claimed): Shanghai China

eBay user:

No SSL Certificate - SSLshopper

Registration page

Code: Select all
[img][/img]
collects non-encrypted personally identifiable information (PII) over a non-secure protocol

The privacy policy is a joke

Code: Select all
merely the basic blah, blah copied from an eCommerce template...
CDKeys-Shop respects your privacy and works hard to safeguard the privacy of your personal data. We realize that the exciting growth of the Internet and online services raise questions concerning the nature, use and confidentiality of information collected about consumers. We want you to know that we apply our long-standing commitment of safeguarding privacy to our online and Internet activities.
bogus COPPA compliance
CDKeys-Shop also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under he age of 13 on Company sites.
Sure it can.
The registration form does not have a date of birth entry, so a 10 year old can register and thus complete a financial transaction...
This contradicts the site's own Terms and Conditions

Code: Select all
we will ask you for certain minimum required information, such as your name, birth date, gender, email address and zip code.
Deceptive practices claimed:
We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use.

No, they do not
There is NO encryption because there is no valid SSL

On a side note.
I've been on eBay since it's inception.
There is a basic rule of truth in sales; "You can't please everyone"
Every eBay seller who is highly active will have gained a couple neutral and/or negative feedback's generally from a buyer's misunderstanding or failure to cancel a bid correctly.

Also, it's interesting to note that the eBay user is dated January 2003 - 10 years ago
but the domain was not created until 2010. eBay user feedback history does not go "back" 10 years, without logging in, I think it's limited to 36 months.

- You need to provide proof that you are an authorised reseller.
- You do not have a secured site. Checkout, registration, etc... is not secured. (no valid SSL)

Lacking the above, there is no way your site can be considered as trustworthy.(also listed in HPhosts and trend as unsafe)

As for ebay, I collect and trade pens. I have seen many fake pens on ebay, most notably, Mont Blanc. The sellers have 100% satisfaction because there is no way for me to give feedback short of purchasing one of these knock offs. I have sent emails to this effect, but unless a purchaser complains, nothing will be done. You can check out Fountain Pen Network to see how many people were duped on ebay.

We start this business from 10 years ago, that time we do not sell on ebay, part time job, after 5 years successful business, I start sell on ebay, and after several years sell on ebay , we start a website

It is really not easy sell item on ebay, buyer are all god, it is really hard for me in the past 5 years.
every ebay seller will know it is blood, sweat and tears survive in ebay for 5 years.
But most ebay buyer is good, we also have happy time.

This forum like a court :D

Our date base and website manager is protect by SSL , our payment SSL is done by , our child protect is combine with system.
You can see there is small word belong our main logo “email delivery” , most process is by email and
so we are not like big official store, they process all their key , bank info on their own page, so there is no high demand on the all page SSL function.

Like most website, register page no SSL function (no bank , key info save there ). But I will try to improve it.

Not all game have age requirement, so we treated child separately.
Because we are still small business, and a small key store,
The main function of our website only use to generate a order ID, most operate is by paypal and email.

Thanks for above people, I will continue improve rest things.

If someone is 10 years on eBay with 100% positve feedback, it means customers are happy. It doesn't mean it is legal what you do. :-)
However, I'm not sure WOT should judge on how and where site owners get their products. It is as far as I know not a legal Court nor the secret police. At least that is not why I'm here.

I agree, selling on eBay is time consuming and difficult, I can understand you want to sell from your own site.
However, Paypal requires SSL since 17 January 2017. You really must comply to that.
Also fix your privacy policy and terms of use. Then I'll rate your site.
